We’re so excited to welcome you into this space of connection, movement, transformation, and joy. To ensure everyone’s safety and clarity, please read the following agreement. By attending Lollipop or Juicebox events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms:

 

💥 1. Physical Risks – What You’re Walking Into
Our events are held in a vibrant, rustic, raw, and real environment. This includes:

- Uneven terrain: rocks, gravel, muddy patches, and natural forest floor

- Camping and sleeping in tents or shared indoor spaces with limited insulation

- Cold temperatures, rain, and wet weather that can make surfaces slippery

- Open fires, hot stoves, and basic outdoor facilities

- Insects, wild nature, and the presence of animals

- Old buildings with low beams, uneven stairs, and vintage quirks — including signs like “watch your head” or “old nails in ceiling”

- Vehicles and machinery may be present nearby

- Some rooms are not approved for regular habitation (“ikke godkjent som oppholdsrom”), and participants enter at their own risk

- There may be limited fire escape options; all participants are asked to orient themselves upon arrival

- Please move mindfully, take care of your own body, and bring appropriate gear for changing weather.

 

🧠 2. Emotional & Energetic Safety
The nature of our events includes emotional activation, sensual exploration, and deep interpersonal practices. These may involve:

- Intimate workshops

- Breathwork or somatic experiences

- Long nights of dance, connection, and expression

We invite you to stay aware of your own boundaries, and know that you always have the right to opt out. You are responsible for your own mental and emotional regulation.

 

💌 3. You’re Responsible for You
We do not provide medical care, health insurance, or psychological support. By attending, you take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. We will always aim to create a supportive and safer container — but we are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or emotional distress that may occur.

 

If you damage any of our property (whether furniture, gear, buildings, tools, art, or infrastructure), you are financially responsible for repairs or replacement.

 

🚫 4. Illegal Activity + Consequences
We do not tolerate behavior that violates Norwegian law. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Possession or use of illegal drugs

- Theft, violence, or harassment

- Any form of non-consensual interaction

 

If you engage in illegal activity, you bear full legal responsibility, and may be asked to leave the event immediately — without refund.

 

📜 5. House Rules & Community Guidelines
We hold our space with care and intention. You are expected to follow our house rules, community guidelines, and any agreements communicated before or during the event.

 

It is your responsibility to read and inform yourself about these rules beforehand.

📸 6. Photos & Media
Unless you explicitly opt out via the ticket email checkbox or tell one of our photographers verbally, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event for promotional use on Juicebox and Lollipop’s social media and website.

 

We will always aim to use respectful and beautiful imagery — and you are always encouraged to flag if you feel uncomfortable.

 

🧾 7. Legal Note
By attending this event, you agree to release Juicebox or Lollipop, its organizers, facilitators, landowners, and crew from any liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, or harm experienced during or after the event.

 

This agreement is governed by Norwegian law.
