Complaints and Content Removal Policy

All submitted complaints will be reviewed within seven (7) business days. We will investigate the reported material thoroughly and take appropriate action.

The process includes:

• Initial review of the reported content

• Evaluation against our internal standards and policies

• Decision-making by our content compliance team

If content is found to violate our policies or applicable laws, it may be removed or restricted. The person who submitted the complaint will receive confirmation once a decision is made.

If a party disagrees with the outcome, they may submit an appeal by replying to the decision email. Appeals will be reviewed by a secondary reviewer not involved in the original decision.

Potential outcomes may include: removal of content, no action, warning issued to uploader, or termination of account in case of repeated violations.
